2. Exchange Process

The customer must contact the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product to register the exchange request.

The product will be inspected upon receipt, and if it meets the stated conditions, the exchange or refund will be processed according to the customer’s preference.
In case of an exchange, the new product will be shipped, and the old product will be returned in the same shipping process, with the customer bearing the full shipping cost.

3. Additional Fees

The customer bears the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product. In the case of an exchange, the customer must pay the shipping fees for the replacement product.
No additional fees will be charged for exchanging the same product.
If the request is rejected or does not meet the specified conditions, the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

Products showing clear signs of use or damage due to misuse by the customer cannot be exchanged.
Products without the original invoice or those personally modified cannot be exchanged.
Products purchased at discounted prices or customized at the customer’s request cannot be exchanged or returned.

5. Processing Time

Exchange requests are usually processed within 5-7 business days from the date the product is received.
The customer will be informed via email or phone once the exchange or refund process is completed.
If the product does not meet the specified conditions, it will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

The customer must inspect the product upon receipt and ensure its condition before confirming the receipt.
Once receipt is confirmed, the company disclaims any responsibility for any damage or error in the product.
